    KROSS LEVEL JUNIOR 3.0

    Our KROSS Level bikes have always been designed for riders and amateurs running in MTB marathons and XC races. KROSS Level Junior 3.0 was also created with this in mind. It is a bicycle suitable for children who want to start their adventure with overcoming more demanding terrain.

    The KROSS Level Junior 3.0 in 2022 is a continuation of the thought guiding us when designing previous generations of this bike. It’s not just a new paintwork on the frame – we’ve optimized many small details that translate into driving pleasure and comfort.

    Equipment

    KROSS Level Junior 3.0 equipment is based on the concept of a single chainring crank and components from the Japanese bicycle equipment manufacturer Shimano. This allowed us to create a drivetrain with an eight-speed cassette operated by a Shimano Tourney TX800 rear derailleur. KROSS Level Junior 3.0 features 24 ”wheels with Schwalbe Smart Sam 2.35” tires for predictable bike handling both in town and off-road. It also features Shimano hydraulic disc brakes for safe braking even on the roughest terrain.

    Technologies

    The KROSS Level Junior 3.0 frame is made of performance aluminum. .It is a special 6061 aluminum alloy, which makes the bike light and durable at the same time. At the same time, it is a relatively light material that can surprise many cyclists with its properties. In addition, the frame is powder coated, which translates into durability of painting and its resistance to mechanical damage. As in the case of adult Level frames, the KROSS Level Junior 3.0 also benefits from hydroforming the frame, thanks to which it is lighter and looks very effective. All cables have been routed inside the frame, increasing its aesthetics and making it easier to clean the bike.

    •  Aluminum Performance 6061 alloy is characterized by high stiffness and fracture resistance, as well as the lightness typical of aluminum.
    •  A method of shaping pipes by forcing a special liquid under high pressure. This technology allows, above all, to obtain lighter structures characterized by higher strength and precision of workmanship.
    •  A method of painting involving the application of electrified particles of powder paint on aluminum, which require thermal treatment. After sintering, the varnish surface creates a perfectly smooth coating that is extremely resistant to mechanical damage.
    •  Internal cable routing extends the life of the cables and armor, protecting them from mud, sand and rain.
    •  In order to protect our frames as much as possible, we have created a system of replaceable dropouts that can be easily and quickly replaced in case of damage. To reduce the possibility of damage to the frame to a minimum, the threads are placed on the hook or on a special nut.
    •  Disc brakes guarantee us great braking power and good modulation even in the most severe weather conditions, and their service life is much longer than that of traditional brakes.
    •  Braking precision increases thanks to the elimination of unnecessary adapters, which affects the stiffness of the connection between the frame and the clamp. Better heat dissipation extends the life of the brake and improves its efficiency.
